Tips for Applying Mascara
1. Fresh Matters
First of all you want to make sure that you start with fresh mascara. Mascara should be replaced every 4-6 weeks for safest and best results. Now I know there are many of you reading this post right now saying you haven't replaced your mascara in 4,5,6 months or longer (years maybe).
But don't just toss it out and get a new fresh one because I said so. Listen to this. According to a scientific study, nearly 79% of women were using their mascara beyond the expiration date and it had contamination and bacteria.
2. Don't be Stingy

3. Focus
