Tips to our UK Presenters!  How to start your biz off strong!  TODAY!

Younique Products will be launching in the UK on 10-1-14.  Sale of our natural based products will begin on 11-1-14 into Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales and England.  Needless to say, we are FREAKING OUT WITH EXCITEMENT!

I came up with a "TO-DO List" for our future UK Y-sisters!  These are actions you can take RIGHT NOW to boost your business!

1.  Interview a few different Presenters and choose the Sponsor that is right for you.  Don't feel obligated if your gut is telling you that something doesn't feel right.  You cannot change sponsors after the fact so who you choose is very important.  ITS YOUR CHOICE!
2.  Purchase a domain name (if your name has YOUNIQUE or any product names in the title, you must get approval from support@YouniqueProducts.com prior to using the domain)
3.  Set up a biz page on FB unify the page with the same name as your domain (BRANDING YOURSELF)
4.  Reroute your domain to land on your Facebook biz page.  Once you are registered with Younique, you can change the lading to your Younique website.
5.  Educate yourself on our company, products and tools
6.  Start reaching out/networking and building your team today.  Line up presenter to mentor once you are activated on 10/1/14
7.  Start educating your team TODAY
8.  Although selling into the UK doesn't start until 11/1/14, you can host VP's and sell product into any other Countries where Younique is currently active!

Presenter GrowthBy June 01, 2013 we had 611 Presenters total in the Younique Family.
This June 1 we reached 41,910 Presenters total in the Younique Family.
That’s 6,759% growth in case you’re wondering!
 

Corporate EmployeesIn June 2013, Younique had 7 employees.
This June Younique Corporate has grown to over 125 full-time equivalent employees.
That’s 1,686% growth!


Daily OrdersBy the end of May 2013, we were processing an average of 55 orders per day.
This May we processed an average 5,278 orders per day.
That’s 9,496% growth!  No wonder we are having to move into a new warehouse! 

Monthly SalesIn June 2013, our sales for the entire month were $169K.
On June 01, 2014 we processed $169K in sales before shipping even went home for the day!  Even if we used May sales numbers, which were 12.8 million, that’s 7,474% growth!  In 12 months! 

 WICKED AWESOME EH?  There are currently just over 44k YOUNIQUE Presenters GLOBALLY!  23,158 of them are in my company!  Since I only sponsored 51 of these beauties... the credit for this massive growth belongs with my AMAZING TEAM!  They ARE ROCK STARS!

 

As we are getting our sights set on launching in UK, I am very excited to have made a connection with a possible future Presenter there!  This is huge for my business personally because, as a leader in the company, I find it SHAMEFUL that I have zero personal connections with presenters in any of our foreign countries!  I'm very excited and hopeful for Nadia and so thankful that she connected with me!  What the heck kind of leader can I be if I'm not personally supporting someone in each of our active Countries?
