Tips to our UK Presenters!  How to start your biz off strong!  TODAY!

1.  Interview a few different Presenters and choose the Sponsor that is right for you.  Don't feel obligated if your gut is telling you that something doesn't feel right.  You cannot change sponsors after the fact so who you choose is very important.  ITS YOUR CHOICE!
2.  Purchase a domain name (if your name has YOUNIQUE or any product names in the title, you must get approval from support@YouniqueProducts.com prior to using the domain)
3.  Set up a biz page on FB unify the page with the same name as your domain (BRANDING YOURSELF)
4.  Reroute your domain to land on your Facebook biz page.  Once you are registered with Younique, you can change the lading to your Younique website.
5.  Educate yourself on our company, products and tools
6.  Start reaching out/networking and building your team today.  Line up presenter to mentor once you are activated on 10/1/14
7.  Start educating your team TODAY
8.  Although selling into the UK doesn't start until 11/1/14, you can host VP's and sell product into any other Countries where Younique is currently active!

This decision was so difficult for me.  I'm sure a life coach, a therapist and other high level Network Marketing Pro's like Eric Worre and Jordan Adler would call me crazy!  Tell me to go for it!  There is certainly no reason that I should still be working 80+ hours a week for both companies when Younique is producing the life changing income that it is.

I can't explain it really.  I suppose I'm fearful of the unknown.  I've worked with this company for 22 years.  I was hired at 21 years old, mother of 2 little ones to make coffee and answer the phones... IN THAT ORDER!  I had to fight to prove myself in a totally male dominated industry and eventually worked my way up to where I am today.  A top performer in a position typically reserved for those with a college degree.  I don't have one of those...  But, I had street smarts and a boss that gave me a chance!  I'm proud of my accomplishments in the corporate world.  My entire adult life has been working for the same company/industry and even the same manager.  I don't want to let them down.  But, I know I am replaceable.  I love the company I work for.  They have been very good to me.  I'm compensated nicely and the people are amazing.  I have status and flexibility and loads of perks in my job.  But, it's time.  It's just time.

It would be a lie to tell you that I wasn't flattered by the calls I received from every level of my upper management asking me to stay.  "Name your price, name your position, name your location".... what could they do to keep me.  I feel like a bit of a cliché when I hear myself say.. "It's not you, it's me"... But that is the truth.  Its me.  I'm ready to embrace the fun and the beauty and the empowering position that Younique has created for me.

So!  1-1-15 I will be 100% Younique!  I can't image that Younique could get any better for me than it is already (click here for a link to my biz growth chart) but I'm hopeful that once I am able to completely focus, Ill be able to balance it all better and will be able to work smarter and not harder!
