NO TIME TO CHAT! Its the last day of the month and traditionally the busiest day at Younique! The numbers just go CRAZY! If I had 2 more ELITE Presenters, I would be BLACK and all this just 7 months into this business!

OCTOBER JOINING INCENTIVES
Just crunching my September numbers a bit and Im SO HAPPY with the advancements and growth! Early in my Direct Sales biz with YOUNIQUE I was averaging 30-40 hours per week. Ive improved my time management and am now closer to 20 hours per week. So, more money and less time? YES PLEASE!

October Presenter KitOctober is a very special month for Younique! October 1st, 2012, was the month we opened up for Presenter registrations! Before we even had products to promote we had a handful of visionary Presenters who began recruiting. Even though our official launch and one-year anniversary is November 1st, the month of October will forever be the month our Younique family was born. During that very first month in October of last year, Derek and I had set a goal to have 100 Presenters before month end. We knew it was a lofty goal considering our pioneer Presenters didn’t have much to “show” to get those recruits! Well, we more than surpassed that goal of getting 100 Presenters in that first month, and you’ve been helping surpass our goals ever since! What you all have accomplished in one year is nothing short of AMAZING! At this moment, we have exactly 2222 Presenters, and we are on target for September sales to nearly DOUBLE what August sales were!

I only ordered 3800 bags, so the October Customer Kudos promotion will only last as long as the supply lasts. They are so adorable that I insisted on keeping 4 of them for myself, so we’re down to 3796 totes. Actually I gave one to Sherilyn, our office manager, yesterday so technically, we’re actually down to 3795 totes! J Things to note: 1) it must be a commissionable total of at least $75 to receive the tote; 2) only one tote per order; and, 3) there is a limited supply of totes available and this promotion is for our October Customer Kudos only. The Race to 10K Presenters
I want each of you to know that you are a part of something HUGE and something very special. Where we are headed and the speed at which we will get there is going to be something to behold! In November, when Younique officially celebrates our one-year anniversary we will launch a new campaign as we race to get our first 10 thousand Presenters. Our first goal to get 100 Presenters during our first month in October then turned into getting 1000 Presenters before our first-year anniversary. We just keep adding a zero to our next goal! The exciting details of this new campaign will be announced towards the end of October and is called – “The Race to 10K Presenters!” So many exciting things in our future to look forward to! Congratulations to each of YOU who will literally be at the root and benefitting from an explosion of growth in our near future. You continue to exceed and surpass our goals so I’m excited to see where we will be this time next year! Watch out Mary Kay and Avon – Younique is stepping up to play with the big girls!

I sent this note to my leaders today. I feel it's good advice and hope it will be helpful.
So excited about all the advancements in my DL! As we are building our teams, I'd like to share an important, personal philosophy.
-Now that you are a leader, you have a responsibility to support, encourage, incentivize and uplift your team. You're a a business owner! You own a company now!! Wahoo!! If you're gonna turn this biz into long term residual, beach money, growing and supporting your team is #1! REMEMBER! You need them more than they need you! They don't make make a dime off how you perform but you'll make a KILLING if they are successful!! For example, I'll make over $1k from one leg of my DL this month! How much do you think she's making off me? NOTHING! NADDA! ZILTCH! See what I'm saying? It's people management. Probably the hardest part of managing a biz. My advice is to try to see things from their point of view. There are external customers (people that buy stuff from you), but there are also internal customers. Your DL are your internal customers and the customer is always right... BE supportive. BE available. BE generous and BE understanding. Just a pop on my BLOG to share that Im freaking out right now! Im $80 away from hitting PURPLE status with YOUNIQUE! Oh yeah... and my AMAZING downline has added 57 new Presenters to my team since the first of September! We are at nearly $40k in company wholesales! Another cool thing about me hitting purple is that Nichole, my upline will receive a $300 cash bonus! Man! I love YOUNIQUE! This is an awesome Direct Sales Company!

I know most, if not all Direct Sales companies offer some kind of charm or pin or SOMETHING as a reward for meeting certain requirements within a company. Most also offer trips and cars and other product incentives etc.
I can tell you that at Younique these charms are worth their weight in GOLD! Ive had more Presenters FREAK OUT because they haven't seen their 5cent charm trinket in a timely enough manner! MYSELF INCLUDED!
Younique gives charms for meeting each level within the company but also gives them for special events and accomplishments. For example, you can see that in addition to my color levels, I have a convention charm, a cruise charm, a Fast Start and a Founding Presenter charm!
I was awarded this silver TIFFANY CHARM BRACELET at our convention in early August. It was a bonus for hitting GREEN status and it is beautiful. Here is my collection of charms so far. I love these little bits of colorful reminders that I conquered something!
I just need PURPLE and BLACK and I will have all the color levels! Purple is a legit potential for me this month. Its pretty exciting! And now, I have all my little 'high five' hanging from my bracelet and I wear it with PRIDE!
