6 Super Smart Tips to Apply Mascara and Look Fabulous

Well, I know for me, mascara makes a huge difference and I love using it.  In fact I'd say it is one of my top three makeup products to use and wear.  But then there is the question. What are smart ways to use and apply mascara to get the best results?

According to MintLife blog, the average woman will spend more than $3,700 on mascara.

So let's dive into how we can make the most of our investment and be sure we know how to apply it correctly to get the best results.

Tips for Applying Mascara 

1. Fresh Matters

First of all you want to make sure that you start with fresh mascara.  Mascara should be replaced every 4-6 weeks for safest and best results. Now I know there are many of you reading this post right now saying you haven't replaced your mascara in 4,5,6 months or longer (years maybe). 

But don't just toss it out and get a new fresh one because I said so. Listen to this. According to a scientific study, nearly 79% of women were using their mascara beyond the expiration date and it had contamination and bacteria.

2.  Don't be Stingy
