I know most, if not all Direct Sales companies offer some kind of charm or pin or SOMETHING as a reward for meeting certain requirements within a company.  Most also offer trips and cars and other product incentives etc. 

 

I can tell you that at Younique these charms are worth their weight in GOLD!  Ive had more Presenters FREAK OUT because they haven't seen their 5cent charm trinket in a timely enough manner!  MYSELF INCLUDED!

 

Younique gives charms for meeting each level within the company but also gives them for special events and accomplishments.  For example, you can see that in addition to my color levels, I have a convention charm, a cruise charm, a Fast Start and a Founding Presenter charm!

 

I was awarded this silver TIFFANY CHARM BRACELET at our convention in early August.  It was a bonus for hitting GREEN status and it is beautiful.  Here is my collection of charms so far.  I love these little bits of colorful reminders that I conquered something!

 

I just need PURPLE and BLACK and I will have all the color levels!  Purple is a legit potential for me this month.  Its pretty exciting!  And now, I have all my little 'high five' hanging from my bracelet and I wear it with PRIDE!
